Meet the Team

Stephen Munhumumwe

CEO and Co-Founder

Mr Munhumumwe holds a Bachelor of Achitecture and has experience spanning over fifteen years in the
varying aspects of the field of architecture and design. Over the years he has worked in both the private and
government sectors on projects in several SADC countries. He is registered with SACAP as a professional
Architect. He has acquired skills in different aspects in the built environment field and in architecture in
particular. Projects worked on are both small and huge, from small residential projects, bigger and luxurious
residential projects, varying commercial projects, public buildings, industrial buildings and health related
buildings among others.

Africa S. Mahobe

Technical Director

Holds Bachelor of Building Arts Degree in Architecture from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Mr Mahobe
is registered with SACAP as a senior architectural technologist. He has several years’ experience and
is responsible for coordinating and supervising the design implementation on site. Also in charge of ensuring
design quality, leading site meetings with different parties, managing design changes, documentation as well
as overall administration.

Derick Kamupandira

Team Member

A hardworking, result oriented, highly motivated individual, experienced in a wide range of both big and small
design projects at design, working drawing and supervision level. He is registered is registered with SACAP
as a senior architectural technologist.

Akhona Mdujeni

Team Member

A hard working and fast learning Architectural Technologist, who’s very efficient under pressure. Loves working in a team and coordinating to meet deadlines but also excels when working independently. He is Revit,
AutoCAD, 3d MAX and Sketch Up proficient. With 6 years of working experience, he is used to working on different multiple projects concurrently. He is registered with SACAP as an architectural technologist
